For the past three months Cleo has been taking money out of my bank account for two different accounts. One to Hint and two to MeetMe.
I have no clue what these companies are much less what they sell. I just know I didn't open an account with them. For the past three months my bank account has been overdrawn.
I'm on disability so I'm on a strict budget and when Cleo holds out $63 dollars every month it hurts. When I spoke to someone and sent screenshots they shut down the chat part of my app.

My check was deposited online two weeks ago to my Cleo Credit Builder account. Why is it not there? The app I deposited my check through said it was cashed and sent to my Cleo account.

That phone number didn't work. I'm due a refund from a loan I paid twice on through a lending company.
The refund was posted followed by the original withdrawal still processing. The refund never reflected in my account and now is completely gone from my transaction history. I've been trying to chat with their "team" and keep getting the run around. Inquired about a couple other transactions that they proceeded to tell me that the credit review is done by the credit builder which isn't there's?
And the $65 statement balance payment which they can't do anything about because the card they solicit isn't theirs. And by the way, it's a prepaid card.
There was no line of credit issued for them me to have a balance. Or I'm missing something here?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I paid $5.99 and I want it back. I paid off one loan on the 7th, they said I could get another one, took $5.99 and made it hard to use the app.
Now, they refuse to give me back my money. I am going on my Facebook page and will warn as many people as I can. They never should have messed with my money. I am also going to file a complaint with the BBB.
They claim that I am not clear enough. I hope this is clear.

I was forced into a subscription of a monthly fee. I didn't receive any services.
I cannot contact any human to cancel and or unsubscribe. They give me false guidance as to how to cancel. All the links to unsubscribe are bogus. The links to talk to a human agent are bogus.
When I try to call the company it immediately hangs up the call after first ring. When you go to unsubscribe 8m filing a formal complaint against this company for a scammer for sure.Do NOT WARNING!!

That's what you claimed before I subscribed and I also asked more than once before I finally paid for the $5.99 subscription, to insure we we're all on the same page. Attached are screenshots of our chat agreements.
Note: In any event if our demands can't be reached as it was discussed I demand for a full refund in the amount of $5.99 for the subscription I purchased and will ultimately cancel my subscription with your company. Thank you
